I. How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! You can reach out through any of the following:

Once you contact me, we’ll chat about the type of session you’re looking for, choose a date and time, and I’ll walk you through the rest of the booking process!

II. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Cash, Check, or Venmo
Making it easy to pay in whichever way works best for you!

III. What should I wear and can I bring multiple outfits?

One thing about me—I LOVE helping with outfits! Choosing what to wear can feel overwhelming, so I’m always happy to help you put together looks that photograph beautifully. I also have a Pinterest inspiration board filled with outfit ideas and color coordination tips for seniors, couples, and families. Reach out to me if you'd like advice!

If you book a 1-hour or longer session, you’re welcome to bring multiple outfits so we can capture a variety of looks during your session. My shorter 30-minute sessions are designed for one outfit to make the most of our time together.

IV. How long does it take to recieve the photos and how will it be delivered?

My turnaround time is up to one month, depending on the time of year and my current workload. I take the time to carefully edit each image to ensure you receive the best final gallery possible.

Once your gallery is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery, along with a download PIN. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your high-resolution images.

V. What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.

If severe weather or an unexpected emergency affects your session, we’ll gladly reschedule at no additional charge.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without notice may be asked to pay in full when booking any future sessions.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! While I’m based in Jump River, Wisconsin, I’ve been fortunate to serve clients throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota, and I’m always excited to travel to new places.

Travel is included for locations within 30 minutes of Jump River. For locations beyond that, a travel fee will apply based on the distance traveled.

I’m always open to traveling for your session—no destination is too big to ask about! If you have a location in mind, reach out and we’ll make a plan together.

Please note that all 30-minute sessions take place at my designated locations to ensure we make the most of our time together.
